Really sad to hear that we lost such a good, kind person as Mal. Always had time for me and I think he made everyone feel that way, and when working with him you could see how much it genuinely and personally mattered to him to do right by everyone, especially our young people, and he helped me and others at Lewisham do better and try harder to be like him.
