I worked with Mal at Lewisham Council for a couple of years. He was clearly so passionate about helping young people. What a fantastic impact to have made on so many lives. I think he was one of the first people I spoke to when I started, and the last when I left. Always so caring and could really cheer you up if you were having a bad day. You will be missed by so many people Mal. X
